Here are the four SDA design categories:
Improved Liveability
These are housing options designed to enhance "Liveability" by providing reasonable physical accessibility and improved provisions for individuals with sensory, intellectual, or cognitive impairments.
Robust
These housing options prioritise both physical accessibility and resilience, reducing the need for reactive maintenance. This design aims to minimise risks for participants and the broader community.
Fully Accessible
This category encompasses housing designs that offer a high level of physical accessibility, specifically tailored for individuals with significant physical impairments.
High Physical Support
These housing options are specifically designed to accommodate individuals with significant physical impairments, who require extensive physical accessibility and very high levels of support.
