Specialised Disability Accommodation
(SDA)

At The Inclusive Group, we collaborate with multiple Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers who specialise in building and/or renting SDA properties. We only work with ethical SDA providers, who also value our profit for purpose philosophy, and put choice and safety above all else.

These are housing options designed to enhance "Liveability" by providing reasonable physical accessibility and improved provisions for individuals with sensory, intellectual, or cognitive impairments.

This category encompasses housing designs that offer a high level of physical accessibility, specifically tailored for individuals with significant physical impairments.

High Physical Support

These housing options are specifically designed to accommodate individuals with significant physical impairments, who require extensive physical accessibility and very high levels of support.
