The Commission's New Digital Compliance Register The NDIS Commission has now launched a new digital compliance register. You can search for NDIS providers and individuals, to help you make better, informed decisions, about which people and providers you choose, and to check if the Commission has taken any compliance action against them. You can search the register by business or individual name, ABN and/or state, and filter your results by the type of compliance action taken.
Whether you use a registered provider, an unregistered provider, an agency, independent support workers or self employ, there are a few things to think out when doing so.
