We take great pride in empowering our customers to transform their lives, having the freedom, self-expression, and independence they deserve.


With our assistance, you will choose your own team of supports, guaranteeing you are comfortable and fulfilled with the individuals who will be assisting you.


We prioritise transparency and security, ensuring that no unfamiliar faces show up at your door for support. We arrange meet and greets, shadow shifts, and actively work to ensure your satisfaction before services begin.

We do not use agency staff.


A thorough intake and assessment, facilitated by our esteemed Team Leaders, CEO, and dedicated Lifestyle and Leisure Coordinator, allows us to truly understand you, your interests, your preferences, and what you wish to achieve through the NDIS.


We want to understand your hobbies, preferences, celebrations, and what the NDIS means to you. Most importantly, we want to know who you want by your side as your support system.


All our forms and documents are designed to be easily comprehendible, tailored to your preferred reading and understanding level.
